REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a refund, less any applicable service charges or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Refunds will be given in the manner in which they were paid.

 

Suppose attendees/vender/panelists are not able to attend for whatever reason. In that case, they can transfer their ticket to someone else in their spot. Vendors and panelists will need to get prior approval of the transfer from the event manager/host.

 

If the vendor arrives after set up time (which is at least 45 minutes before the start of the event), the vendor forfeits funds paid and will not be allowed into the venue.
